We efficiently deliver our suite of services to the communications industry both individually and on a turnkey basis.
Co-location & Build-to-Suit (BTS) Services
We independently identify locations suitable for deployment of our shared infrastructure sites for co-location by multiple customers, we build and market these locations to our customers.
Services provided to tenants on our sites include the use of the fully maintained infrastructure, site security and primary & secondary power. Services to our customers are delivered and governed by strict Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) that guarantee both availability and quality of service.
To complement our portfolio, we receive requests from our customers to “Build-to-Suit” passive infrastructure at locations where they require coverage and/or capacity.
We deploy BTS solutions to meet our customer’s specifications. African Towers owns the BTS, the customer is the anchor tenant on each of these sites and enjoys infrastructure and power services in line with our standard SLA’s.
Once built, BTS sites are included in African Towers’ site portfolio and are marketed to our customers.
Power-As-A-Service
African Towers owns, operates and maintains power generation & storage infrastructure at each of our sites. Our Power-as-a-Service offering delivers the option of metered AC or 48V DC power to our tenant’s equipment as a service, under strict SLA’s.
African Towers’ power generating & storage assets are managed by an experienced team of power engineers, ensuring 99.95% power availability to our customers. We are able to leverage economies of scale to provide cost effective “Power-as-a-Service” to our customers on sites owned by 3rd party’s.
Our power services promote greater energy efficiency and lower-cost of service provision to our customers.
Site Development & Design Services
African Towers has a team of industry professionals focused on the Development & Design of our shared infrastructure and BTS sites, we provide their expert services to 3rd party’s on a consultancy basis or for the delivery of turnkey projects, these professional services include:

We have the full complement of resources to scale operationally to provide services to 3rd party infrastructure sites. Our operations are managed by a dedicated team of professionals, providing centralized fault and performance management for all operations & maintenance (O&M) activities.
